By providing participants with an increased network of diverse members from multiple facets of the community to expand manpower and creativity for community projects
BUSINESS
By providing participants a greater understanding of growth opportunities in Terrebonne which increases collaboration in both professional and civic minded activities which betters both Terrebonne and individual business.
ALUMNI
By providing participants an opportunity to reconnect with other graduates on special trips with the current class, over after hour socials to catch up with LT friends or attending a special program to learn about a new exiting opportunities or ventures in Terrebonne.
GROWTH
By providing the continuation of friendships, knowledge and other connections that translates to the strength and resiliency of Terrebonne, the personal self and the larger organization.
CAREER
Providing participants with knowledge of the workings of parish-wide business, the way they work together and upcoming expansion of service and employment opportunities.
MENTORING
By providing participants the opportunity to meet other community leaders with whom mentoring relationships may emerge or other collaborative relationships may develop.
FUTURE
By providing the opportunity to hear ideas and dreams of current and aspiring leaders, to forge common interest relationships and to build goals for the growth of Terrebonne.
DEVELOPMENT
By providing participants with opportunities to meet established leaders in the community, learn from an area expert on Leadership development and assess and develop personal leadership goals and styles.
Alumni
Involvement in Leadership Terrebonne does not end upon completion of the program. As part of an alumni organization, graduates of leadership Terrebonne are expected to assume active roles in local organizations and contribute to future Leadership Terrebonne programs.
